We’re scaling our engineering team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help shape and build the core of our compliance platform.
You will join our small but oh so smart, fun, and sharp team of five engineers! We usually like to easily spin our chairs around when there’s a hard nut to crack, discuss it together in the office, and bring it to the whiteboard rather than writing long, scrolling Slack messages. Team Wins is one of our core values at Bits, and you’ll quickly notice that this is a highly collaborative team, in constant interaction with our Product and Sales team. 🤝
Curious Builder is another value we truly live by. 💡 We explore new tools and find our way through the AI jungle, gearing ourselves up to become as efficient engineers as possible. Most of our work happens in Linear, Slack, Notion, AWS. We build in Go, and we hope you’ll enjoy working with it as much as we do. We also work with event-driven systems and AWS serverless, which we’re big fans of.
What we look for
To continue striving toward that mission, we’re now looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join the team. We believe you have, give or take, 5-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality code in a commercial environment. Expertise, or solid experience in Go (Golang) is highly valued and a strong advantage in this role, as is strong experience with AWS, ideally in event-driven or serverless environments. We’re a tight, collaborative team, so strong communication and collaboration skills are key.
You’ll help shape and build the core of our compliance platform. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving product company where architecture, reliability, and elegant problem-solving truly matter and where your code will directly enable FinTechs, banks, and financial institutions to remain compliant across multiple markets.
