Over the past years, we have built a strong and stable team in Stockholm, a group of curious builders and commercial drivers who have laid the foundation for our product, culture, and growth journey.
With that foundation in place, we are now entering our next phase.
We are expanding internationally and looking for our first colleagues in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to be our local force on the ground, driving commercial growth, building relationships, and helping shape our German expansion from day one.
If you are an experienced enterprise seller with deep FinTech/RegTech knowledge, strong industry relationships, and the ambition to shape a new market, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing with support from the team in Stockholm.
Help develop and implement a successful sales strategy for Germany.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an extensive network across regulated customers in FinTech, banking, payments, and RegTech.
Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
Represent Bits at networking events and conferences.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate market insights into product, go-to-market, and execution improvements.
What we are looking for
3+ years in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or regional leadership into financial services - banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech.
Strong network across the German FinTech and financial services ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Documented and proven experience in successfully selling B2B SaaS products.
Proven ability to deliver sales results, preferably having exceeded targets by a wide margin.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals in Germany.
Experience in complex technical sales and the ability to manage longer sales cycles (3-6+ mon).
Strong communicator and storyteller in both German and English.
Highly social, outgoing, and enjoys networking and actively creating new contacts at events.
It's a great advantage if you have experience selling RegTech or products within Compliance.
